Telecoms company Three Ireland has extended its sponsorship agreement with Dublin’s 3Arena (cap. 13,000), in a deal worth €55 million ($67.9m) over the next 10 years.

Under the deal, Three, which has sponsored the Live Nation Entertainment-owned venue since 2014, will retain exclusive naming rights and be able to provide its customers with pre-sale tickets.

A 3Plus VIP lounge will also be created at the venue.

“Through our extended partnership with Three, we will bring our ambitious plans for 3Arena to life, delivering huge benefit to music fans,” says CEO of 3Arena and Live Nation Ireland Mike Adamson.

Acts playing the venue include Noel Gallagher, Tears For Fears, Bryan Adams and Demi Lovato.
