UNITED KINGDOM

Promoter AEG Presents has partnered with the organisers of Birmingham’s MADE festival (cap. 12,000) to launch a new two-day indoor event.

MADE For The Weekend will be held at the city’s Genting Arena (15,594) on 12-13 October.

“The MADE team have built a great event with a strong following and we’re looking forward to seeing how we can build on this together,” says AEG Presents’ Oscar Tuttiett.

Among artistes performing at the five-year-old event are Chase & Status, Giggs and Pusha-T.

“We felt it was time to take the brand to the next level and wanted to bring the extravaganza of the festival into an indoor setting, in the autumn when the festival season is well and truly over,” says festival director Pete Jordan.

Weekend tickets cost £55 ($70), with day tickets at £32.50 ($41.50
