OSLO-BASED conference and showcase festival by:Larm has revealed more sessions for its 23rd edition, taking place on 27–29 February.

The multi-venue event will open with a keynote speech from US music business journalist Liz Pelly, and continue with sessions including The Slack Guide to the Music Industry: Phil Taggart [Radio 1 DJ] In Conversation and a presentation on Keychange 2.0.

“We set out to create a festival revolving around the slogan ‘going out of business since 1998’ – exploring the huge changes the music business has faced the last few years, and which it continues to face in the years ahead,” says press and international programme manager Erik J Egenes.

Other panels include Touring UK/Europe post-Brexit, Emerging Markets and Shaping the Future: Top 20 Under 30.

Delegates passes cost 4,125 kroner ($453) and include access to 200 concerts and 70 conference sessions.

Among artistes appearing are Blondage, Athletic Progression and St Valentine.
