At, the Pennsylvania-based staging and production specialist working on tours by Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and Elton John, has acquired UK-based Brilliant Topco, better known as Brilliant Stages, creators of structures for the Rolling Stones, Take That and Beyoncé & Jay Z.

The acquisition brings together two businesses with
four decades of live
event expertise behind them, according to Tait.

Brilliant Stages’ MD Ben Brooks says, “We have built the brand with an equal focus on spectacle,
design, employees and customers. That makes Tait a perfect match – culturally we are 100 per cent aligned.”

Tait chief creative officer Adam Davis adds, “This is a perfect cultural match. We share a deep belief in delivering excellence to our customers and their fans.”
