Content planning starts for Spheres

THE MADISON Square Garden Company(MSGC) has appointed Jennifer Vogt as president of creative content and productions. The newly-created position will see the 25-year entertainment industry veteran be responsible for content development of the new MSG Sphere venues planned for Las Vegas and London, UK, which will feature state-of-the-art immersive technologies.

“I believe MSG Sphere will revolutionise the entertainment experience through sight and sound,” says Vogt.

The Las Vegas venue is expected to open in 2021, followed by London in 2022.

Vogt will also oversee the Company’s in-house productions, such as the Radio City Christmas Spectacular and the Radio City Rockettes brand. Prior to joining MSGC, she was show design and production executive at Walt Disney Imagineering for Star Wars’ Galaxy’s Edge.
