World News
October 1, 2018

When it opened earlier this year, the 12,000-capacity Forum Braga became the second largest auditorium in the country and the largest in the northern region.

It has now changed name to Altice Forum, under a naming rights deal agreed  between the arenas’ operator InvestBraga and telecoms company Altice Portugal, which has become the arena’s sponsor and technological partner

Benefits of the deal inclue promotion of events through network run by Altice Portugal, which also sponsors Lisbon’s Altice Arena (16,500).

Forum Altice’s inaugural concert on 11 September featured Thirty Seconds To Mars.
