Go Ahead move for Live Nation

PROMOTER GO Ahead, which stages around 150 shows per year by artistes such as Twenty One Pilots, Florence + The Machine and Wolf Alice, has been acquired by Live Nation Entertainment (LNE).

Launched in 2005 and headed by Łukasz Minta, the Poznan-based operation also runs annual three-day showcase festival Spring Break, which is spread over 15 venues and features around 135 bands.

“Go Ahead has brought many international artistes to Poland over the years and we are confident about what we can achieve together in this new era for us,” Live Nation MD for Central & Eastern Europe, Steven Todd.

Minta adds, “We hope that the combination of our team and the Live Nation
infrastructure will keep the Polish audiences entertained for years to come.”
