Naming rights deal for Music Hall

Berlin’s newest venue is to be known as Verti Music Hall, after owner AEG agreed a naming rights deal with insurance company Verti.

The 4,500-capacity venue, located close to the AEG’s Mercedes-Benz Arena (17,000) at Mercedes Platz, is due to open in autumn 2018 and will host concerts, shows and corporate events.

“We’re glad to have a strong partner like Verti joining our project,” says vice-president and MD of AEG operations in Berlin, Michael Hapka. “Their dynamic brand fits perfectly with what we want to achieve in the Music Hall.”

According to AEG,  the venue been designed to provide flexible capacities and seating arrangements, along with good sightlines and sound. The company expects to hold at least 100 events there annually.
