Live Nation Entertainment ticketing division Ticketmaster has restructured its head office, combining North America and International into one operation.
Former president Jared Smith becomes chairman of the combined entity while Mark Yovich, formerly president of International, is now president of global business. Amy Howe, president of North America, becomes global chief operating officer.
Yovitch has risen through the ranks, having also served as general manager of e-commerce and executive vice-president international.
The company, which operates in 32 countries and made an operating loss of $267.2 million in the second quarter of 2020, announced its plans for expansion last year. It highlighted the 15 countries where LN promotes concerts but has no associated ticketing business, as promising markets.
